As the founder of Advocate Master, Alanda has built a reputation for high-impact advocacy that bridges the worlds of special education rights and real estate protection. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Special Education, induction into the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society, a background in law school, and ongoing advanced credentials as a 

residential appraiser in training, she possesses an elite.​administrative and legal literacy that allows her to challenge institutional failures and win.
Alanda’s career is defined by a deep history of regional leadership and grassroots empowerment in her home state of Louisiana. As a Community Organizer with Families and Friends of Louisiana's Incarcerated Children (FFLIC), she worked tirelessly on the front lines of social justice, teaching families how to aggressively advocate for themselves and dismantle systemic barriers. Her impactful work with FFLIC extended to higher education, where she co-wrote and presented the pivotal research initiative "Closing Juvenile Prisons" at Temple University. This grass-roots success matches her high-level experience as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Voices for Children in San Diego, California, as well as her regional leadership with Families Helping Families, where she managed complex compliance, resources, and student advocacy as the State Board of Education Transition Coordinator across a massive seven-parish region in Louisiana.
Now firmly established in California, Alanda is channeling this lifelong track record of navigating high-stakes administrative systems directly into her current local work. As a licensed real estate agent with Epique Realty in the Inland Empire, she specializes in resolving intense contractual disputes and implementing aggressive foreclosure prevention strategies to keep families stable. Whether she is compelling school districts to honor student needs or protecting a family's home, Alanda brings unmatched tactical precision, swift responsiveness, and a lifetime of proven advocacy to every case she takes on.
